Owner
Mr. Gost is the Managing General Partner of KerberGost Insurance Agency. He has a diverse and successful background in the areas of risk management, operations, project management, strategic planning & budgeting, business analysis, team building, sales & marketing, investor & public relations, human resources, safety & environmental, and legal issues. Prior to starting Kerber Gost, he worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies. His successful experience is supported by a business degree (Bachelor of Science), a law degree (Juris Doctorate), and executive education coursework at the Wharton School of Business. Mr. Gost specializes in non-profit risk management, business & financial planning, bond services, transactional law, and commercial property management.

Ryan Colson
Regional Manager Northern California
An Electrical Engineer from UC San Diego, Ryan left the consumer electronics industry in 2012 to start serving non-profits. The math of the risk management industry and the close relationships to community were strong draws and turned into a great fit. Serving the Bay Area and living in Sacramento have proven to be rich opportunities to learn the strategic relationship between local and state government and the non-profits serving the region on the front-lines.

Michael Eitelberg

Mike has been a licensed broker since 1998 working in the marketing sector of the industry for the first 15 years of his career. In 2014 he joined Kerber Gost to exclusively assist nonprofits with commercial insurance in the Northeast. A graduate of Hofstra University, Mike's focus is on helping nonprofits protect their mission while providing dedicated, proactive client service.

Duane Kerber
Senior Consultant
Duane Kerber is a Senior Consultant who brings more than 30 years of experience as a business consultant specializing in the insurance and financial services industries to the 501 c 3 industry. Prior to founding Kerber Gost, Mr. Kerber managed several agencies and his relationship with various insurance companies allows him to provide his clients with representation, enhancing their missions. Duane attended California State University, Bakersfield and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He is a member of Delta Sigma Phi National Fraternity where he stays active with the Cal Poly, Epsilon Rho Chapter. He is married to Sheila, a retired junior high school teacher and has a daughter, Margaret, currently residing in New York City.
